Wanting to gain her own independence and provide for her daughter, Olivia purchases an old warehouse she plans to convert to a dance studio. Shortly before the holidays, her contractor bails out. Fortunately, Scott Martin, the best friend of her brother-in-law, agrees to help. Hesitant at first, but with no other alternative, Olivia agrees to let the womanizing, single father take on the project. As they work together, her walls slowly crumble when she learns Scott is not the man she initially pegged him to be. When her ex and her old insecurities rear their ugly heads, Olivia will have to draw from an inner strength she's not sure she possesses for her love with Scott to survive.
